TS Daily

Purpose: Displays the price action for Globex Daily session
Description:
- Plots price range intervals for the Daily range
- Plots use the standard E-widget with Gladiator model
- Observable patterns may emerge as the day progresses
- Simple to grasp the high, low, middle zones
- User friendly, presets can easily be overwritten on the front end
NinjaTrader Use:
- Displayed by an E-widget, using the Gladiator setting. Values can be custom fit by the user.
- Preset Sessions: Prior Overnight 06:00 pm open to 5 p.m close current day
- I like to plot the closes and the settle as a reminder.
- The Three Box System is helpful visually for me.
- In this version, I like to use Equivolume candles to show participation directly on the bars.
Practical Example:
- Observe the relative levels to gauge strength of a breakout move or regression trade as price evolves throughout the day.
- Note the ORBO trades occur normally at the beginning of the Primary trade and Last 10 minutes of the Afternoon session.
- A display box shows the total range for the session.
- By using a “SBS” (side by side) comparison with the prior day, we can observe breakouts and regression ideas.
- By comparing the TS Studies, we can see the influence of the OTF players, notably weekly and monthly traders that move the market.
