The E-widget is the foundational indicator that is the basis for perhaps 75% of the custom studies we use.
In essence this indicator is indispensable and is my most important tool.
NinjaTrader Use:
Displayed as rectangles or lines, according to user defined criteria.
After intial inputs are established, no additional changes are required, the indicator plots these times and levels automatically.
Practical Example:
On our ES chart note how the E-Widget is being used to define one day. As Price makes new highs or lows for the time period chosen, the chart dynamically updates the levels. We have two E-Widgets being used, in a side by side (SBS) comparison.
