Balance of Power

• Purpose: Displays the price action as symmetry and equilibrium come into balance for any given set of values.
• Description:
  • Plots as a line the continuous evolution of equilibrium levels as market price fluctuates
  • User can identify multiple range Balance of Power levels
  • This is a regression Indicator, whereby these levels act as “magnets”
• NinjaTrader Use:
  • Displayed as a line that continuously plots the magnet level.
  • Values can be custom fit by the user. 
  • Customizable parameters according to User’s preferred style (Position, Swing, or Day Trading). 
• Practical Example:
  • On an ES chart we observe the Balance of Power line that acts as a magnet
  • Selected NT8 tools may be added to the chart to provide valuable insights.
  • Different size measures of ranges should be used to give traders an edge as larger magnets and smaller ones are compared.
