MATD tests the Double Top

The December contract retested the contract highs in a consolidation of yesterday’s outlier push that presumably stole stome of today’s range.

Buy support in uptrends until it doesn’t work. We know they all won’t work, but sights still focused on the next Big Target at xxxx.

Risk and reward is the problem right now.

Options Expiration

Time Decay for Options Holders, like Tooth Decay, is quite painful.

Choose Freedom

“You have a clean slate every day you wake up.

You have a chance every single morning to make that change and be the person you want to be.

You just have to decide to do it. Decide today’s the day. Say it: this is going to be my day.”

Fake News ?

Trading is a Contact Sport

There are no guarantees in this business, other than we will need to face the reality of the body blows.

That’s the price we pay to enter the arena.

We need tools of the trade, just like a carpenter needs a hammer, drill, power saws. A Professional golfer needs a Driver, a putter, and an assortment of clubs like wedges for bunker shots and around the green.

The skill in using those tools is developed with many hours of practice. Experience and theory give way to execution while out on the course. Weather conditions, our emotional state, natural ability, and yes even luck play a role.

“Skill is hitting it near the hole, Luck is when it falls in.”

Apprentices in the trades like plumbing, electrical, HVAC learn from their more experienced practicioners.

Trading is no different in my opinion.

There is Power when we combine lessons from experienced traders and their tools.
